This was a project for a position I had applied for in the past. The task was to create a web based prescription entry system that would allow easy entry for doctors. This was only a mock up task.

Case Study
This was a fun task as it was a fine line between graphic design and software design. We chose to keep the looks simplistic however the right side included a more modern widget style bar that gave access to Google maps showing the nearby pharmacies with a list provided below, and an easy view calendar at the top for reference. This would also allow the user to log into the system and retrieve information about when the last refills were filled for a specific patient to ensure there were no medication interactions. We were also asked to create a new logo for the system that can be seen in the lower right hand corner.
